If you do not understand the figures in your leave balance, do not forget to check our extensive online help site including examples, frequently asked questions etc.
Do not forget that there are different documents for different usages:
Leave request allows you to request a new absence. There are a few information about your balance, but no details are given here
List of Leaves shows all the approved (or being approved) leaves. Deleted leaves do not appear here!
Leave transactions shows you ALL detailed information on ALL transactions on ALL your leave accounts including corrections, deletions etc. This is where you will find explanations on your current leave balances.
