WOS (Web version Oriac and Siriac)
Web enabled version of the Purchasing, Financial and Import/Export systems
running at CERN since 11th of March 2002.
Input into WOS originates (apart from manually entered transactions)
from:
- TRITON for all warehouse replenishment
orders
- EDH (Electronic Document Handling)
for internal purchase requisitions
- SIRIAC for all commitments
(orders) and invoices.
- PECT (Personnel Expense Consolidation Toolbox) for Salary and Claim
expenses
- BAAN for all stores related
expenses
- EDH (Electronic Document Handling)
for internal recharging
- Telephone exchange for recharging of telephone calls
SIRIAC is a feeder system to:
- EDH (Electronic Document Handling)
- CET (CERN Expenditure Tracking)
for purchase order and 'balanced return' information
- ORIAC for commitments and invoices
