IS37 Request Screen Shot
If it is necessary to disable a system generating a level
3 alarm either permanently or for operations taking more than four hours,
a disablement request (IS 37) has to be filled-in by the person concerned
(e.g. requesting a specific job requiring disablement).
The form is routed to the TSO/GLIMOS responsible for the location/experiment
who completes the indications in the form after the inspection of the
location concerned and approves the request.
Automatically copies of the form are forwarded by e-mail to:
The operators of the Technical Control Room are responsible for the documention
of the disablement and recommissioning of the alarm system by entering
the related information in the form.
A final approval of the TSO/GLIMOS is necessary after the recommissing
of the alarm system.
In order to retrieve existing IS37 documents using different parameters, the IS37 Overview is used.
The IS37 Request can be accessed by clicking on the following icon on your EDH Desktop.
