There are many different ways to get help with e-RT.

With the Front Office

Help is available directly on any screen, before entering a new Application Form and at the top of every Application Form Section. A French translation is accessible by clicking on the small French flag. Help on every single Application Form Field is provided in English and French by clicking on the small "?" icon next to each field.

With the Back Office

Online Help is available from the "Help" menu, providing "user role" specific help, as well as a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) sheet and some contacts to get more specific help.

Quick Reference guides are also available, for the moment only for the Technical Students Committee selection process.
