1. When creating my Market Survey/Invitation tender, I cannot find in the reference list my Divisional Request/Market Survey

In the reference list appears only Divisional Request/Market Survey that have an active status which means that all validations have been fully approved and not followed by another Active Purchase procedure (MS, IT/PE,CO).

2. Which template should I use in the mailmerge?

The table can be found in the HELP/UTILITIES/HTML Print

3. Why isn't my letter created in the mailmerge?

First check that the disptach date is entered as well as the technical and commercial responsables.

Check the validity dates first for the supplier participation and change those dates first and then proceed by changing the "Effective from" and "Effective to".
