The folder system option
is used in the back office interface and should be
considered as an internal communication mean
between HR Recruitment Service and divisional users.
Folders system is used to propagate applications for a given
vacancy or selection committee to divisional users.
It is also used to make a division's
pre-selection of candidates.
Once HR Division has received and filtered all valid applications
for a given vacancy or selection committee, all applications
are copied in a "folder" along with
all the candidate's details: application form,
CV, copies of diplomas, letters of reference etc. This
folder
is then passed to the divisional users concerned. Note that
a folder may be splitted or copied (as shown on the schema
on the right) given the needs.
Divisional users may
view the folder content,
search for candidates
using CERN specific reports, have a look at any candidate's
details and also share
access to it with other divisional reviewers or leave comments and selection decisions if they are given the privilege.
Once finished, any user may close
and return the folder to the owner who originally
gave him access to it. Finally
the folder goes back to HR division with all comments
and selection decisions.
