PPT Access Rights

All staff people at CERN can view and create PPT data except External Firm Staff (ENTC, TEMC)

As far as modifications, deletion and rejection of Workunits are concerned, these can be done by the following role holders:

• The Workunit Holders
  
  
• The Budget Holders of the budget codes appearing in the Workunit
  
  
• The Division Leaders (DL), Deputy Division Leaders (DDL), Group Leaders (GL), Deputy Group Leaders (DGL), Section Leaders (SL), Divisonal Planning Officer (DPO), Deputy Divisonal Planning Officer (DDPO), Divisional EVM Coordinator (DEC), Deputy Divisional EVM Coordinator (DDEC), Group EVM coordinator (GEC), Deputy Group EVM Coordinator (DGEC) belonging to the same Organic Unit of the Workunit Holder.
  
  
• The Division Leaders (DL), Deputy Division Leaders (DDL), Group Leaders (GL), Deputy Group Leaders (DGL), Section Leaders (SL), Divisonal Planning Officer (DPO), Deputy Divisonal Planning Officer (DDPO), Divisional EVM Coordinator (DEC), Deputy Divisional EVM Coordinator (DDEC), Group EVM coordinator (GEC), Deputy Group EVM Coordinator (DGEC) belonging to the same Organic Unit of any Budget Holder for this workunit.
